DEM’s /Fish & Wildlife’s AEP Volunteer Programs

and other noteworthy events for 2019.  3/5/2019

1) March 30th. Saturday, 2019 NRITU (Chapter 737) Annual Breakfast at Kountry Kitchen, Greenville, RI  @ 10:00am, cost $20.00. Please contact Wes Wyatt or John Fischer for tickets.  Tickets will not be sold after March 22th, 2019. Tickets will be available at our next TU meeting next Tuesday night, 3/12/2019.

2) April 20th. Saturday, 2019 Annual Kids Day at Addieville East Farm, starting time for volunteers 8:00am for Kids and their guardians 9:00am to 3:30pm.

3) April 27TH. Saturday, 2019 Dear to Dream Veterans Fly Fishing Program at Deer Creek Farm, Foster. Starting time, 8:00am for volunteers / 9:00am for vets. Ending at 2:00pm

4) May 18th Woman’s Fly - Fishing School at Carolina Trout Hatchery Hope Valley, RI 02898. Starting time for ladies , 9am to 3pm.

5) June 8th Saturday, 2019 DEM Fly Fishing School for both Adults and kids 12 years and older. At Addieville East Farm 8 am to 3:30pm Students 9:00am 

6) June 22th DEM Saltwater Fly Fishing School at Narrow River Starting time, 8:00am for volunteers / 9:00am for students Ending at 2:30pm

7) September & October Saltwater Fly Fishing Schools to be held on the Narrow River and Quonie, Dates and times TBA. 

8) DEM’s Fly Tying Programs in the fall and winter one at the Wickford Community Center and programs run by Scott Travers, again dates and times TBA.
